The World Biodiversity Forum WBF is organized by the University of Zurich, supported by an international scientific committee and partners. It is held every second year in Davos, Switzerland, with past events in 2020, 2022, and 2024. World Biodiversity Forum is a registered trademark from the University of Zurich.
Under the theme of Leading Transformation Together, the fourth edition of the World Biodiversity Forum WBF took place from Sunday, 14 June to Friday, 19 June 2026 in Davos, Switzerland.
more4nature will be represented by Søren Brofeldt from the University of Copenhagen. He will present how Community-Based Monitoring (CBM) can act as a driver for recognition of local knowledge and agency building on:
- A joint report by the University of Copenhagen , more4nature and Danmission.
- A policy brief for the World Biodiversity Forum and the COP17 in Yerevan in October 2026, developed by the University of Copenhagen, more4nature, Danmission and Terra Co. Lab.
